STEP 1.First wash dal properly & soak it atleast for 4 to 5 hours. Then remove it's skin while washing. Now in a mixer griender add dal, green chillis, ginger, garlic & griend them coarsely (Don't add extra water while grinding). Now take batter in a bowl & add salt. Mix it properly & make fluffy batter. Now dip fry vadas in hot oil. Now serve them. Ready to serve tasty "Dal-Vada".
