STEP 2.Boil soaked Lobia, whole Green Moong Dal and split Black Urad Dal.
STEP 3.In a pan, heat Oil, add Cumin Seeds and let it crackle.
STEP 4.Add chopped Ginger, chopped Garlic, chopped Green Chilli and sauté for a while.
STEP 5.Add chopped Onion and sauté till Golden Brown.
STEP 6.Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala and sauté for a while.
STEP 7.Add chopped Tomatoes and sauté till mushy.
STEP 8.Add boiled Dal and cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 9.Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot.
