Ingredients for Dal tadka Recipe

  • 1/4 nos Lobia Dal White  teaspoon
  • 1/2 nos Green Moong Whole  teaspoons
  • 1/2 nos Black Whole Urad Dal  teaspoons
  • 1/4 nos Refined Oil  teaspoon
  • 1/4 nos Cumin  pinch
  • 1/4 nos Turmeric Powder  pinch
  • 1/4 nos Red Chilli Powder  pinch
  • 1/4 nos Coriander Powder  pinch
  • 1/4 nos Garam Masala  pinch
  • 1/4 nos Ginger  small piecell
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1/4 nos Tomato  cups
  • 1/2 nos Water  glasses
  • 1/4 nos Garlic  piece
  • As required Green Chillies as ur taste
  • 1/4 nos Jeera Powder  pinch
  • 1 nos Coriander Leaves  leafs

Directions: Dal Tadka Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak Lobia for Whole Night.
  • STEP 2.Boil soaked Lobia, whole Green Moong Dal and split Black Urad Dal.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat Oil, add Cumin Seeds and let it crackle.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped Ginger, chopped Garlic, chopped Green Chilli and sauté for a while.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped Onion and sauté till Golden Brown.
  • STEP 6.Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala and sauté for a while.
  • STEP 7.Add chopped Tomatoes and sauté till mushy.
  • STEP 8.Add boiled Dal and cook for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot.
