STEP 1.2-3 tsp oil or ghee
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Some coriander leaves for garnishing
STEP 2.🌿 soak all pulses for half an hours take a pressure cooker add all pulses and water and cook until 3 (whistles) arrives or until pulses are cook well then add turmeric powder and salt and mix well
STEP 3.🌿Now take a pen heat ghee or oil splutter cumin then add chopped garlic ginger green chillies and soute slightly
STEP 4.🌿 After that add onions & soute until it turns golden brown
STEP 5.🌿Now keeping the flame is low then add turmeric red chilli powder kashmiri red chilli powder coriender powder and salt
STEP 6.🌿Now add tomatoes and soute until it turns mashy and soft after that add garam masala and cook pulses or dal and mix well and stir well adjusting consitentency as required
STEP 7.🌿Now simmer for 5-7 minutes then turn off the gas now add coriander leaves and kasoori mathi or dry fengureek
STEP 8.🌿Now take a tadka pen heat the ghee or oil add cumin seeds crackle then add garlic whole red chilli hing and kashmiri red chilli powder and switch off the flame
STEP 9.🌿Now put this tadka on the cooked pulses or dal now dal tadka is ready to serve you can serve with rice roti or Nan
STEP 10.🌿I can serve with jeera rice roti curd rayta and salad and enjoy
