Dal Shorba is an Indian soup recipe. This Instant dal soup best for weight watchers. Red Masoor dal shorba is easy to cook and good for winter season.
STEP 1.In pressure cooker add washed lentils, carrot, tomatoes, Ginger, Water and salt and keep it on flame. Let it 2 whistle, remove it from flame.
STEP 2.When it cool down, mash it in mixer jar.
For Tadka
Heat ghee, add Bay leaf, Whole coriander and garlic it. When aroma becomes started add black pepper powder. Immidatly add tadka in dal. Now seive it
STEP 3.Again give a boil add black pepper powder and lemon juice. Dal shorba is ready.
STEP 4.Garnish with Roasted bread and roasted Sunflower seeds.
