Ingredients for Dal Paratha Recipe

  • 83.33 gram wheat flour
  • 0.67 cups cooked dal
  • 0.17 nos teasp Chat masala/garam masala/finely ground pickle masala
  • 0.08 nos Teasp red chilli powder
  • 0.08 nos teasp Black pepper powder
  • As required salt to taste
  • 0.08 nos teasp carom seeds
  • 0.08 nos teasp fennel seeds
  • As required as needed Oil/ghee
  • 0.08 cup Chopped onion optional

Directions: Dal Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.First mix all the powdered masalas in the dal and add wheat flour. Knead the dough. It requires a little or no water depending upon the consistency and quantity of the dal. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Make Parathas from the balls flattened and rolled taken out from the portions of the dough.
  • STEP 3.Roast with ghee/oil from both sides. It's ready. Serve with curd/pickle/sauce/chutney.
