Ingredients for Dal palak cheese burst kabab Recipe

  • 1/4 A Bunch bunch chopped spinach
  • 1/4 Tbsp Some onion leaf
  • 1/4 Tbsp Some mint leaves
  • 1/4 Inch chopped ginger
  • 1 Pieces pots garlic
  • 1/4 Cup soak and boil chana dal
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 Tsp drgedams chat masala
  • 1/2 Tsp roughly chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp oil
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped Cheese cubes
  • 1 Cup Oil for frying
  • 1/2 Tsp all purpose flour
  • 0.13 Tsp chilli flakes
  • To Taste Pinch of salt
  • 1.50 Tsp water
  • 1/4 Cup Vermicelli or sewaiya for coating

Directions: Dal Palak Cheese Burst Kabab Recipe

  • STEP 1.First soak the chana sal then boil it don't overboil
  • STEP 2.First take a pen heat the oil add ginger garlic green chilli and soute for two minutes then add spinach and dal and soute for 5 mintues then add green onions leaf and mint leaves cool down the mixture
  • STEP 3.Then grind it
  • STEP 4.Now take a bowl put the mixture and mix by hand then add garam masala jeera powder chat masala and salt then add bread crumbs and mix well
  • STEP 5.Now make the cutlets and cheese keep in the center and make all cutlets
  • STEP 6.Now make the slurry
  • STEP 7.Now deep the cutlet in the slurry then coat the cutlets in the sewainya then fry it and serve hot with ketchup
