STEP 1.First soak the chana sal then boil it don't overboil
STEP 2.First take a pen heat the oil add ginger garlic green chilli and soute for two minutes then add spinach and dal and soute for 5 mintues then add green onions leaf and mint leaves cool down the mixture
STEP 3.Then grind it
STEP 4.Now take a bowl put the mixture and mix by hand then add garam masala jeera powder chat masala and salt then add bread crumbs and mix well
STEP 5.Now make the cutlets and cheese keep in the center and make all cutlets
STEP 6.Now make the slurry
STEP 7.Now deep the cutlet in the slurry then coat the cutlets in the sewainya then fry it and serve hot with ketchup
