STEP 1.Take a cup of toor dal in a bowl and soak it in water.
STEP 1.For dhokla, take a cup of wheat flour and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, cumin seeds, garam masala, and oil. Now knead the dough. Add water as required. Let it rest for some time.
STEP 2.Now for the dal, take a cooker, add 2 tablespoons of oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, dry chili powder, and peanuts and cook for a few minutes.
STEP 3.After the tempering add the toor dal in it and add some red chilli powder, cumin seeds, salt, lemon juice and jaggery. Cook them together. Make a boil.
STEP 4.To make chapati, take the dough and make small balls and roll chapati

STEP 1.Once made cut it into pieces. Square pieces.
STEP 5.Now add these dhoklas
STEP 6.Now add these dhoklas into the boiling dal and mix well. make a mix and add a spoon of garam masala.
STEP 7.The dal dhokli is ready.
