  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, semolina, ghee, salt, and water to make a stiff dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round dumplings.
  • STEP 3.Boil the dumplings in water until they float to the surface, then remove and let them cool.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven and bake the dumplings until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
