Dai style beef balls recipe is very easy to adapt and the beef with chicken, pork, fish and shrimp can be easily combined. There are so many ways to enjoy them: in a broth or a soup, grilled, steamed, fried or baked.
STEP 1.1. Wash the red chillies and ginger. Now use a grinder to make a paste. Cut the bones into pieces
STEP 2.2. Now make them boil along with some salt.
STEP 3.3. Take the beef meat and crush it using iron bars, or grind it finely. Pick the cow hairs.
STEP 4.4. Transfer in a bowl.
STEP 5.5. Now add salt, pepper powder, starch and ice water in the meat. Knead well. Keep adding iced water to make a paste like dough.
STEP 6.6. In a deep frying pan with water make small balls and boil them.
STEP 7.7. Take 2 tbsp of fermented chilli, add minced garlic sauce and ketchup and mix.
STEP 8.8. In another bigger bowl, take mints leaves, chinese parsley and now take out the beef balls in this bowl. Mix well. Serve fresh with rice.
