Ingredients for Dahi vada Recipe

  • As required FOR VADA-
  • 0.38 cup Urad dal
  • 1/2 nos green chilli
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required Oil for deep frying
  • As required For serving-
  • 5.50 tbsp To yogurt thick
  • 1 teaspoon Green chutney
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • As required Pinch of chilli powder
  • As required Pinch of cumin powder
  • As required Pinch of chaat masala
  • As required Bhujia sev

Directions: Dahi Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly soak urad dal and prepare batter adding green Chilli and Ginger.
  • STEP 2.Transfer the better into a large bowl
  • STEP 3.Beat the better in one direction for 5 minutes to get more fluffy and smooth batter,.
  • STEP 4.Add salt and mix lightly to do not rest long after adding salt as it leaves water and make better watery.
  • STEP 5.Now deep your hand in water and start make lemon size vadas.
  • STEP 6.Drop them one by one to hot oil.
  • STEP 7.keep the flame in lower to medium stir occasionally.
  • STEP 8.Also Fry vada till they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 9.Drain off the vadas on to kitchen towel to absorb oil.
  • STEP 10.immediately drop the vadas into lukewarm water and deep the vada completely.
  • STEP 11.Soak for 5 minutes and allow the vadas to absorb water.
  • STEP 12.furthermore squeeze of the water by pressing between your palm.
  • STEP 13.Place 5 to 6 squeezed vada on the serving plate.
  • STEP 14.Pour 5/6 tablespoon thick whisked curd.
  • STEP 15.also at in 1 tbsp green chutney &2 tbsp tamarind chutney.
  • STEP 16.Furthermore Sprinkle Pinch of chilli powder, cumin powder chaat masala and salt.
  • STEP 17.finally serve Dahi Bada garnish with bhujia sav.
