Ingredients for Dahi Tadka Sandwich Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Hung curd or greek yogurt
  • 0.13 cup Chopped Capsicum (Green Bell Pepper)
  • 0.13 cup Grated carrot
  • 0.13 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp tbs chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste
  • As Required Slices of bread
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil (ghee)
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds (rai)
  • sprig 1 sprig curry leaves
  • To Taste Red chilli powder

Directions: Dahi Tadka Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine together hung curd, capsicum, carrots, onions, coriander leaves, and green chillies. Season with red chilli powder, salt and pepper.
  • STEP 2.2. Spread the yogurt mixture on one side of slice of bread. Top with the remaining bread slices.
  • STEP 3.3. Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium-low heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves. Fry for 30 seconds.
  • STEP 4.4. Place the sandwiches in the pan. Do not overcrowd the pan. When one side of sandwich turns crispy and golden, flip over to toast the other side.
  • STEP 5.5. Serve immediately with chutneys.
