This Dahi Tadka Sandwich is a must try!
Loaded with cooling yogurt and colourful veggies and flavoured with tadka. Fast and satisfying way to start your day or a perfect light lunch idea!
STEP 1.In a bowl, combine together hung curd, capsicum, carrots, onions, coriander leaves, and green chillies. Season with red chilli powder, salt and pepper.
STEP 2.2. Spread the yogurt mixture on one side of slice of bread. Top with the remaining bread slices.
STEP 3.3. Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium-low heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves. Fry for 30 seconds.
STEP 4.4. Place the sandwiches in the pan. Do not overcrowd the pan. When one side of sandwich turns crispy and golden, flip over to toast the other side.
STEP 5.5. Serve immediately with chutneys.
