  • 4-5 papdis
  • 1/2 potato, boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2-1 fresh green / red chilies, chopped
  • 1-1.50 tablespoon fresh grated coconut
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1-1.50 tablespoon grated carrot
  • 1-1.50 tablespoon roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 1/4 cup sev
  • As required green chutney, red chili and garlic chutney and sweet tamarind chutney
  • 1-1.50 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • pinch roasted cumin powder
  • pinch chaat masala
  • pinch pepper powder
  • 1/2 pinch tbsp. yoghurt , mixed with saltand roasted cumin powder
