  • 1.25 spoon Onion – ½ of a medium one (thinly sliced)Tomato – (deseeded and julienned)Carrot – (julienned)Bell pepper – ½ (julienned)Cucumber – small (julienned)Lemon juice – (or to taste)Coarsely ground roasted cumin powder – Coarsely ground roasted black pepper – ½ tspSalt – to taste tablecurd

  • STEP 1.Chop all the vegetables and add it to a large bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add the seasonings and lemon juice along with salt needed and toss well to combine.
  • STEP 3.Chill the Kachumber for about ½ hour and serve.
