This spicy, tangy chutney is prepared from green chillies, curd, garlic cloves, ginger and seasoning ingredients. It is tempered in ghee with curry leaves.
STEP 1.Take corriander, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom, fry the spices with a tablespoon of oil.
STEP 1.In another pan, take 3 tablespoon of ghee, garlic cloves, ginger and green chillies.
STEP 1.Take the mixer grinder and put both the prepared spices in the mixer and blend. 4. The prepared mixture must be mixed with curd and make a paste.
STEP 1.Take ghee in a pan and add salt and 5-6 curry leaves
STEP 1.Add the prepared mixture in the pan with low flame, stir for a while. Keep stirring at the interval of 2 minutes.
STEP 1.After 15 minutes the chutney will be ready, switch off the flame and then garnish with some lemon juice. Preserve for later. Enjoy.
