This is a unique recipe of pakodas with a twist of curd. This recipe tastes best with a hot cup of tea. I hope you like it and do try this awesome recipe.
STEP 1.First add turmeric, chilli, salt, carom seeds and eno in the chickpea flour and prepare the batter.
STEP 2.Keep the yoghurt wrapped in cloth for 2 hours. Wash the chilli pepper and cut it. Then remove all the seeds from the inside with a small spoon.
STEP 3.Now take yoghurt in a bowl. Then add green chillies, ginger, garlic. Add cottage cheese and grated cheese. Then add cumin, pepper, coriander, onion, coriander, mint, salt and mix well and make the stuffing ready.
STEP 4.Fill all the chillies with stuffing and get ready. Heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, fry all the chillies in it over low heat.
STEP 5.Serve hot with yogurt, green sauce and tomato ketchup.
