Ingredients for Dahi ke Angare Recipe

  • 125 g Chili Pepper
  • 375 g Curd (Dahi)
  • 50 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g Cheese
  • 2 Pieces Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Mint finely chopped
  • 1 Pieces onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon coriander
  • 1/2 Teaspoon pepper powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • 1 Cups chickpea flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 Tablespoon spicy red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon carom seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon eno
  • As Required Green chutney
  • As Required Ketchup

Directions: Dahi Ke Angare Recipe

  • STEP 1.First add turmeric, chilli, salt, carom seeds and eno in the chickpea flour and prepare the batter.
  • STEP 2.Keep the yoghurt wrapped in cloth for 2 hours. Wash the chilli pepper and cut it. Then remove all the seeds from the inside with a small spoon.
  • STEP 3.Now take yoghurt in a bowl. Then add green chillies, ginger, garlic. Add cottage cheese and grated cheese. Then add cumin, pepper, coriander, onion, coriander, mint, salt and mix well and make the stuffing ready.
  • STEP 4.Fill all the chillies with stuffing and get ready. Heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, fry all the chillies in it over low heat.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with yogurt, green sauce and tomato ketchup.
