Ingredients for Dahi chicken Recipe

  • 150 g Chicken
  • 75 g Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Onion garlic paste
  • 2.50 Tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 Pieces Bayleaf
  • As Required Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp coriander powder

Directions: Dahi Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with curd for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add the ginger garlic paste ,onion paste salt and all dry masalas in it . Refrigerate for 20 minutes more . Heat oil in the pan . Add bayleaf . Add the marrinated chicken . Cook in low flame for 30 minutes . Serve hot .
