  • 0.30 pound Chicken cleaned and cut into medium pieces
  • 1/5 cup Curd or yogurt
  • 1/10 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 0.40 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/10 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.15 teaspoon Chat masala
  • 1/10 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/10 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/10 Large Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1/10 Large tomato finely chopped
  • As required Cilantro or fresh coriander for garnish
