Ingredients for Dadpe Pohe Recipe

  • 0.33 cup thin pohe
  • 0.33 A Few Drops Lime juice
  • 0.17 cup Grated coconut
  • As Required Coriander leaves
  • 1 g 3-4 g
  • 0.67 tbsp Peanuts
  • 0.33 As Required medium size onion Chopped fine
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.17 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 g Hing
  • As Required Curry leaves
  • 0.33 tbsp Oil

Directions: Dadpe Pohe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the Pohe, add to a bowl, add grated coconut, lime juice, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, mix well and cover for 30 mins
  • STEP 2.In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, let it splutter, add cumin seeds, let it splutter, add peanuts and fry for 2-3 mins on low flame
  • STEP 3.Add chopped green chiliies, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Mix with Pohe until well combined
  • STEP 5.Serve hot
