STEP 1.Wash the Pohe, add to a bowl, add grated coconut, lime juice, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, mix well and cover for 30 mins
STEP 2.In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, let it splutter, add cumin seeds, let it splutter, add peanuts and fry for 2-3 mins on low flame
STEP 3.Add chopped green chiliies, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
STEP 4.Mix with Pohe until well combined
STEP 5.Serve hot
