Dadpe pohe is a popular maharashtrian and goan breakfast. Dadpe pohe is prepared from flattened rice preferably thin, chopped onion, tomato, coriander, chili, salt sugar, roasted peanuts, lemon juice and fresh grated coconut. Tadka is prepared using curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and chopped green chilies. It enhances the taste of the dish.
