  • 2 tablespoon Dabeli Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add mashed potatoes, dabeli masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.Take a bun and slice it horizontally. Apply tamarind chutney on one side and green chutney on the other. Place a generous amount of the potato filling in the bun.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with sev, pomegranate seeds, and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious Dabeli!
