In my earlier cooking days, i used to watch a few cookery shows. This is a tasty kebab recipe which i saw in the food channel foodfood. I have done little adjustments in the quantity of the ingredients as per my family's taste.

1/4 onion chopped
1.25 garlic Cloves
0.13 inch ginger , finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Thick curd
0.13 teaspoon Chaat masala
0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
As required Salt

As required oil to shallow fry
