  • 1/4 kg 1. 1kg mutton
  • 0.53 As Required For Ganishing Daab Medium size Shasola
  • 3/4 cup 3. 1 cup crud
  • 1 tablespoons 4. 6 tablespoons mustard oil
  • 1.25 tablespoons 5. 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1.55 Pieces 6. medium sized onion paste
  • 1.77 Pieces 7. Medium sized onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp 8. 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2.25 tablespoons 9. 2 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 2.50 teaspoons 10. 1 teaspoons meat masala powder
  • 2.75 teaspoons 11. 2 teaspoons Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 3 teaspoons 12. 1 teaspoons red chilli powder
  • 3.25 teaspoon 13. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3.50 As Required 14. 3/4 raw chilli
  • 3.75 As Required 15. 3/4 bay leaves
  • 4 teaspoon 16. 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • to taste 17. Salt to test
  • 4.75 g 18. Sugar as expected
  • 5 Tsp 20. cashew nut paste
  • 5.25 Pieces 21. Midium sized tomato pieces

Directions: Daab Mutton Recipe

  • STEP 1.Thoroughly wash the mutton and add water, 2 teaspoons mustard oil, 1 teaspoon ghee, onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, hot spices, raw chilli paste, salt to taste, andaj , Tomato paste, put them all together well and cover for 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.The water should be kept in a container in the mouth of the coconut and the batter should be mixed in the coconut shaker bark.
  • STEP 3.mutton should be boiled in a pressure cooker with a little coconut water.Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add bay leaves, raw chilli and whole hot spices, brown the onion and fry it. So that it does not stick to the bottom. You have to pay the bet along with the rule. When the mutton is tanned, apply a little ghee or oil inside the peeled coconut and fill the mutton with it and stick the mouth inside it.Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add bay leaves, raw chilli and whole hot spices, brown the onion and fry it. When the mutton is tanned, apply a little ghee or oil inside the peeled coconut and fill the mutton with it and stick the mouth inside it.
  • STEP 4.Apply a little flour on top and cover well. Let it simmer for 25-30 minutes on medium heat.
  • STEP 5.After 25-30 minutes, turn off the gas, lower the can and serve hot.
