Ingredients for Custard Jelly Dessert Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Custard
  • 1/2 cups Jelly
  • 0.13 litre 1/2 litre
  • 1.50 tbsp Milkmaid
  • 1/2 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1/4 tsp Elaichi powder
  • a few strands of Kesar

Directions: Custard Jelly Dessert Recipe

  • STEP 1. 1st of all make jelly and pour it in either glasses or small bowls or jelly moulds. Thats depends on how you want to present. Leave it at room temperature till its well set. Then keep in fridge to be served chilled. For making jelly follow the instructions written on the packet.Now we will prepare custardFirstly keep half litre milk πŸ₯› for boiling πŸ₯΅ on low flame πŸ”₯ in a non stick pan by add kesar and elachi powder.
  • STEP 2.Now in one cup milk πŸ₯› add custard powder and mix it well.
  • STEP 3.Make sure that there are no lumps.
  • STEP 4.When milk starts boiling add milkmaid stir it well.
  • STEP 5.Now add the custard milk πŸ₯› to the boiling milk πŸ₯› and keep stirring continuously.
  • STEP 6.See that it does not stick at the base and no lumps are formed.
  • STEP 7.Give 1-2 boil till you get a cream thick texture off the flame πŸ”₯
  • STEP 8.Let it cool at room temperature
  • STEP 9.Keep stirring it continuously till its cooled completely.
  • STEP 10.Serve this delicious custard chilled along with jelly.
