Ingredients for Custard Halwa Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Vanilla custard powder
  • 0.67 cups Sugar
  • 0.67 cups water
  • 1.33 Tsp deshi ghee
  • 2 Pieces Cashews chopped
  • As Required For Ganishing Almonds chopped

Directions: Custard Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix custard powder, sugar and water .Mix well as no lumps formed. Keep it aside. In a pan add ghee, then add kaju and badam pieces and fry for a min, then add the custard batter to it and mix continously. It will go on thickening. If required u can add a spoon of ghee. As it dries it will get a shining effect and leaves the sides of the pan. Its done. Grease a plate and immediately pour it and let it set.As it cools down, cut into desired shapes and serve.
