So here is a simple, easy and wholesome rice dish made out of curry leaves powder that is generally had as a breakfast in many south indian homes. Any left over rice can be used up to make this aromatic rice preparation. It can be relished as it is or with coconut chutney.

  • 4-5 roasted cashews

  • 1 cup curry leaves, sun dried or pan roasted
  • 1.50 tablespoon chana dal
  • 1.50 tablespoon urad dal
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 4 As required whole red chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon amchur powder
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon methi seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Asafoetida
