Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the grill or a grill pan and brush it with oil.
  • STEP 4.Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and slightly charred.
  • STEP 5.Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  • STEP 6.Spread mint chutney on the bottom half of the bun.
