  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • as required For Tempering
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1/2 Dried Red Chilies

Directions: Curry Leaves Kulambu Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tamarind pulp, salt, and water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and dried red chilies. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 6.Add this tempering to the curry leaves kulambu and mix well. Serve hot with rice or dosa.
