Ingredients for Curry Leaves Chutney Recipe

  • 1 Cup Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 Inch Chopped ginger
  • 1 Pieces Green chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Roasted gram
  • 1 Tsp Jeera/cumin powder
  • 2 Pieces Ground cloves
  • 1 Tsp Black salt
  • 1 Tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Pieces Lemon
  • 1/2 Tsp Sauf or fennel seeds
  • 1 Pieces Ice cubes

Directions: Curry Leaves Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind all the ingredients coarsely.
  • STEP 2.Remove the chutney in a container and pour the olive oil. Soaked almonds along with a piece of cheese can also be used in place of roasted grams.
