Ingredients for Curry Goat Recipe

  • 2-3 1bs Goat Meat
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoon homemade green seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon mix seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground masala
  • 3 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 whole pepper
  • 2 twigs thyme

Directions: Curry Goat Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add pot over medium heat, add one tbsp flavorer, then garlic and onions, enable to dry simply a touch for flavor.
  • STEP 2.Add steep goat meat to pot, create some stir, obtaining all the ingredients mix
  • STEP 3.Cover for ten minutes below low heat thus meat may produce its own juice.
  • STEP 4.Allow to fry in its own juice for ten minutes, creating stir in between.
  • STEP 5.Add 3-4 cups of water, till the meat is absolutely submerged, then add one cup of recent coconut milk, enabling it to cook below low heat for two hours.
  • STEP 6.If victimization will or powder milk, add oncemeat is already tender.
  • STEP 7.When meat becomes tender, add shredded potatoes, recent thyme, whole hot pepper and salt to style.
  • STEP 8.Allow to simmer for an additional twenty minutes till potatoes are toasted and sauce is thick.
