The speciality of this dish is, keeping fish curry in d hot pan, mixing dat curry wid d fish completely, till d pan gets dry, i hv cooked d fish. Once, i had tasted it in a wedding. Tried it in my own way n it turned out so tasty...yumm yum! and d best part is itshealthy too as it requies v. Less oil.
