  • 0.60 cup Peeled and chopped butternut squash
  • 0.30 Large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/10 Onion, chopped
  • 1/5 Small to medium apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/5 inch Ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/5 Large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/10 can Full fat coconut milk. do not shake the can
  • 1/5 cup Apple cider
  • 1/4 tablespoon Mild Curry Powder
  • 0.40 Vegetable bouillon cubes
  • As required Oil, butter or ghee for cooking
  • As required Salt . i use sea salt
  • 1/5 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/20 cup Flaked or shredded coconut
  • 0.60 tablespoon Honey or vegan substitute
  • As required Oil, melted butter or melted ghee for cooking
