Ingredients for Curried Chicken With Apples Recipe
1/4 pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 Large sweet onion, halved and sliced
1/2 tablespoon Canola oil
3/4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
0.13 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon Minced fresh gingerroot
0.13 teaspoon Ground turmeric
0.06 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/4 can Diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 tablespoon Minced fresh cilantro
As required Hot cooked rice
