Curried Breadfruit Recipe

Breadfruit, also known as nir ponos in goa, is a healthy vegetable that once cooked has a texture similar to a potato but has a mildly sweet taste. It is one of my personal favorites. Here is one of my own creations with this exotic ingredient.
