STEP 1.Wash yhe curry leaves, wipe the moisture with a cloth.
Heat two tablespoons of oil.
Fry the curry leaves for two minutes and transfer to a bowl.
Now add some more oil and fry the dals and coriander seeds to golden brown.
Finally add the chillies and tamarind and fry.
Allow the stuff to cool down.
Transfer to a mixie jar add the roasted stuffs, salt and little jaggery and powder.
Store in an air tight box.
Whenever you want to make the curry leaves rice add this powder , come ghee and sesame oil mix well. Do the seasoning with mustard and urad dal.
