This is my mother's recipe. Not so common, but really yummy form of north indian chaat ........ Dahi gujiya. My mother usually makes it on holi and diwali. So here the recipe of gujiya...enjoy it.

1/5 cup Urad Dal
0.15 teaspoon Salt
0.30-0.40 tablespoon For Stuffing coconut powder
0.80-1 finely chopped cashews
1/10 tablespoon black pepper powder
As required For making chaat
1/10 cup curd beaten
1/20 cup green chutney
1/20 cup sweet chutney
As required red chilli powder
As required roasted cumin powder
As required Salt
As required papdi or any other Namkeen
As required chaat masala
As required oil for deep frying
As required ziploc bag to make gujiyas
