Ingredients for Curd Rice Recipe

  • 3/4 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cups Curd
  • 0.13 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon Milk
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 0.06 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 0-1/4 nos Curry leaves
  • 1/4 nos dry red chilli

Directions: Curd Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take cooked rice in a plate. Break the lumps of rice. Add curd, ginger, milk, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Take a pan add oil. When oil heats up add mustard seeds. After crackling mustard seeds add asafoetida, curry leaves and dry red chilli.
  • STEP 3.Then put this tadka on curd rice mixture. Add chopped coriander on it. Mix all the ingredients well. Curd rice is ready to serve.
