Ingredients for Curd rice Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Curd chilled
  • To Taste Salt According
  • 0.06 Tsp pepper powder
  • 1.50 Tbsp Pomegranate seeds and chopped green chillies (optional)
  • 1/4 Tbsp oil
  • 0.13 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 0.13 Tsp cummin seed
  • 0.13 Tsp chana dal
  • 0.13 Tsp urad dal
  • 1/2 Pieces dry red chilli
  • 2.50 Pieces curry levels
  • 1/2 Tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped ginger

Directions: Curd Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix together yoghurt, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, rice and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil and add the mustard seeds.
  • STEP 3.When they start crackling, add the dals and saute until golden.
  • STEP 4.Add curry leaves, red chillies and asafoetida.
  • STEP 5.Pour tempering on the rice and serve cold.
