STEP 2.Divide the mixture into 7-8 equal portions and shape each portion round kebab and tikki.
STEP 3.Roll each kabab in cornflour.
STEP 4.Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry kababs till they turn crispy and golden brown from both sides.
STEP 5.serve hot with ketchup and chutney.
