  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  • STEP 5.Pour in the whisked yogurt mixture and stir well. Cook for a few minutes until the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 6.Add salt and sugar to taste. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • STEP 7.Serve the curd gravy hot with rice or roti.
