Ingredients for CURD DOSA 😊 Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Dosa
  • 0.19 Cup Thick poha
  • 0.13 Cup Curd
  • 1/4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tbsp Salt
  • 0.06 Tbsp Oil
  • As Required water as required

Directions: Curd Dosa 😊 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add 1 cup of dosa rice and 3/4 cup of thick poha into it. Add water as required. Rinse and soak for 5 hours. Soaked well then drain excess water from it. Take a mixer grinder add 1/2 cup curd and water gradually. Grind into fine and smooth paste. Rinse mixer jar with 1/4 cup water and mixed well. When dosa batter had perfect consistency then fermented it for 10 hours. Now, after 10 hours add 1 tbsp sugar and salt to the batter. Mixed properly. Take another pan add 1/4 tbsp oil and spread with tissue paper. Pour dosa batter with the help of spoon on pan. Cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes. Spongy curd dosa is ready to serve on the plate with tomato sauce.
