Curd dosa is healthy and nutrious breakfast. It has good source of calcium and magnesium. It gives you instant energy and boost your immunity. It is rich in protein, vitamins and minerals. Beneficial for heart and kidney problems.
STEP 1.Take a bowl add 1 cup of dosa rice and 3/4 cup of thick poha into it. Add water as required. Rinse and soak for 5 hours. Soaked well then drain excess water from it. Take a mixer grinder add 1/2 cup curd and water gradually. Grind into fine and smooth paste. Rinse mixer jar with 1/4 cup water and mixed well. When dosa batter had perfect consistency then fermented it for 10 hours. Now, after 10 hours add 1 tbsp sugar and salt to the batter. Mixed properly. Take another pan add 1/4 tbsp oil and spread with tissue paper. Pour dosa batter with the help of spoon on pan. Cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes. Spongy curd dosa is ready to serve on the plate with tomato sauce.
