  • 100 gram Pork mince
  • 3 No.s Medium potatoes
  • 1/2 No.s Green pepper
  • 1/2 No.s Red pepper
  • 10 gram Ginger
  • 3 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 3 No.s Spring onion
  • 2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • As required Salt

Directions: Cumin Pork And Potatoes Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 place 100 gm pork mince in a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, salt to taste and mix the ingredients till well combined.

  • STEP 2.2 fill a pan with 1 ltr water, add 3 medium potatoes cut into bite size pieces and bring to a boil for 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.

  • STEP 3.3 then remove potatoes and drain.

  • STEP 4.4 add oil in a wok and fry the potatoes on medium low heat for 10 minutes till golden.

  • STEP 5.5 then remove from the wok but retain the oil.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add the minced pork into the same oil and stir fry for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 7.7 add 1 tbsp cumin seeds and stir.

  • STEP 8.8 add ½ red and ½ green pepper cut into small cubes, add salt to taste and stir fry for 5 minutes.

    step 10

    • STEP 9.9 add the potatoes back into the wok, add 10 gm finely chopped ginger, 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, 3 spring onions finely chopped and stir fry for 3 minutes.

    step 11

    • STEP 10.10. Turn off the heat, transfer to a dish and serve.
