This cucumber is easy to make the salad . Some time it eating in breakfast, lunch and dinner with rice, naan and chapati. Cucumbers are crunchy and cool. I do not need to peel the skin from the cucumber bcoz skin is very helpful for health. It can be salad to eat mix fruit, cream and vinegar. My home every day eating of cucumber salad. My husband always take to eating in breakfast.

Ingredients for Cucumber simple salad Recipe

  • 100.50 gm cucumber.
  • 1 nos salt to taste
  • 1.50 teaspoon Red chilli powder half
  • 2 nos Vinegar.

Directions: Cucumber Simple Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the cucumbers and wash it well. Now the cucumbers cut in slices. Add the red chilli powder, salt spread with cucumbers slices and vinegar also, and serve it with plain rice.
  • STEP 2.The cucumbers are very yummy and crunchy dish and good for health. So my home is like it and favourite dish.
