STEP 1.1.Wash, peel & cut cucumber. Blend cucumber along with rest of ingredients & make smooth puree. If needed add little water.
STEP 2.2. Strain this puree. Now add water & blend it properly. Now put crushed ice in glass, add cooler .
STEP 3.3. Serve chilled. Garnish with mint leaves & lemon.
STEP 4.PS. I used mint ice cubes insted of crushed ice.
