#bread Here is my recipe variation of Cuban sandwich with chicken instead of pork. Such a quick and delectable sandwich anytime specially for breakfast with just few pantry ingredients. A seemingly simple recipe with simple ingredients that is HUGE on flavor.

Ingredients for Cuban Style Chicken Sandwich Recipe

  • 2 Pieces sandwich bread slices
  • 1/2 Pieces large tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces cucumber
  • 1 Pieces cheese slices
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Pieces lettuce leaves
  • 0.13 Tsp pepper powder
  • 2 Pieces shredded chicken sausage

Directions: Cuban Style Chicken Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Apply butter on one side of bread slice. Place a chicken salami
  • STEP 2.Next place Tomato slices
  • STEP 3.Then place lettuce leaves
  • STEP 4.Place the cheese slice on top and sprinkle pepper powder
  • STEP 5.Place cucumber slices on top to cheese
  • STEP 6.Now put shredded chicken sausage (the quickest way to pack lunch box for my family and me on weekdays
  • STEP 7.Now place the raw bread slice on top and apply butter on both the exposed sides. Place on a tray in oven for 8 minutes and use convection mode at 190 degrees. The sandwich turns slightly brown and crispy. Cut diagonally into triangles and yummy sandwich is ready.
