Chicken, pineapple, avocado, and black beans bring all of the flavors of cuba to romaine lettuce I came up with this recipe to use leftover chicken in a way that combines all of the delicious cuban flavors i grew up with.
Ingredients for Cuban Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe
3/4 cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce
1/4 Small red onion, diced
1/4 Avocado, diced
0.13 cup Red or yellow bell pepper, diced
0.19 cup Canned black beans, drained
0.19 cup Diced fresh or canned pineapple
1/2 cup Cooked chicken meat, chopped
1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
