Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak a mixture of urad dal and moong dal in water for a few hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and grind the soaked dal mixture into a coarse paste.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices to the dal mixture.
  • STEP 4.Mix well and shape the mixture into small round balls or flat discs.
