0.11 small onion, chopped
0.33 garlic cloves, minced
0.11 As required tsp chili powder
0.22 bay leaves
0.17 tablespoon cumin
0.11 teaspoon Oregano
0.22 ounce 15 cans white northern or navy beans, rinsed and drained
1.67 ounce can pumpkin puree, or homemade
1/2 ounce canned chopped green chile
0.22 cup low sodium chicken broth, check labels for GF
As required kosher salt and pepper
As required chopped cilantro, red onion or chives for topping
As required Greek yogurt or low fat sour cream for topping, optional
