0.80 ounce 1 can tomato sauce
1 ounce Package frozen corn kernels
1 ounce 2 cans diced tomatoes w/chilies
0.40 ounce Can chopped green chili peppers, chopped
1/10 Packet reduced sodium taco seasoning or homemade, see below
1/10 tablespoon Cumin
1/10 tablespoon Chili powder
2.40 ounce 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
0.03 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
0.15 tablespoon Cumin
0.15 tablespoon Chili powder
0.03 teaspoon Garlic powder
0.03 teaspoon Onion powder
0.03 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/20 teaspoon Paprika
1/10 teaspoon Kosher salt
