Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, finely chopped beans, boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, breadcrumbs, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Mix well until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture holds together.
  • STEP 3.Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round or oval kebabs.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
