Ingredients for crispy shrimp kachuri Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup white oil
  • to taste Salt and sugar
  • 1/4 inch pinch in black cumin
  • 62.50 gms of chopped shrimp
  • 1/4 Pieces Raw chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoons Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoons 1-2 tablespoons
  • 0.13 cup Tamarind pulp
  • to taste Salt and sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon fried spices

Directions: Crispy Shrimp Kachuri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add flour, oil, salt and sugar as required. (You will see that if you fist in your hand, Mayan is fine)
  • STEP 2.Apply the amount of water.
  • STEP 3.Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely.
  • STEP 4.Now heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. When it is slightly fried, add chopped shrimp.
  • STEP 5.Now stir in the raw chilli , ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, hot spice powder.
  • STEP 6.Spread coriander leaves and take it down.
  • STEP 7.Now cut the lentils from the flour and fill the shrimp like a bowl with your hands and close the mouth.
  • STEP 8.Now heat the white oil and fry the kachuri and put it on the tissue paper.
  • STEP 9.Let the tamarind pulp boil with water.
  • STEP 10.Then add more sugar and salt. When it becomes thakathake, spread the fried spice powder and take it down. (Bay leaves, dried chillies, panchphoran, coriander, black pepper, dried powder in open shell)
  • STEP 11.Serve crispy shrimp kachuri with tamarind chutney.
